Received it yesterday looking forward to putting it good use but one problem plugged it in to charge overnight next morning went to turn it on nothing have a couple of photos l don’t think it’s meant to look like that plus the container has got some burn marks on it
2 weeks with new Yakka Tucker box and lunches have never been so good. Set timer when I get to work to start cooking at 90 degrees, 40 minutes before lunch. Lunch time it's perfect. If I am running a bit later it goes straight into keep warm mode. Has changed work lunches for the better, lasagna, Shepard pie, Currys ECT.

Tested it out the other day with chicken and rice fantastic use it every day just take the lunch box out of the bag before you use it after it has warmed up or you have cooked your food turn it off and you can place it back into the carry bag it’s the best

I've only tried it at home and used timer. Wasn't sure if started at end of time or was ready so waited till end and food was barely warm. 😕 was bit disappointed it didn't have in car charger for long trips. Will try again and if still no luck I will be returning. Tried 3 times no good at all. Please send refund details .asap Regards Ally
Took 16 days for delivery and turned up looking like this. It’s a gift so I don’t want to open it, I just hope that it is not damaged as it looks like it may be after the rough treatment the package has obviously had. Maybe have a look at your shipping methods?
