60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee on eligible products purchased directly from yakkagoods.com.au.
You have 60 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
The 60-day period begins from the date your parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier.

Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind or decide a product is not right for you, you may request a return within 60 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a change of mind return, the item should be:
- Returned within 60 days of delivery
- In its original or reasonably similar condition
- Returned with the main accessories and packaging where possible
- Accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order number or confirmation email
For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges, if any, may not be refunded for change of mind returns unless required by law.
Faulty, Damaged, Incorrect or Not as Described Items

Product Warranty
Selected Yakka Goods products may include a product warranty. Warranty details may vary depending on the product and will be shown on the relevant product page where applicable.
If a product includes a warranty, the warranty period begins from the date of purchase.
A product warranty may cover manufacturing defects or product faults that occur under normal use.
Unless stated otherwise on the product page, warranty coverage does not include:

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
