SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Yakka Goods! We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Note: Orders placed after 12:00 PM AEST on a Friday or on weekends will begin processing the following Monday.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard delivery: 5–12 business days
  • Total estimated time from order to delivery: 7–15 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location within Australia and during peak periods such as public holidays or sales events.

3. Shipping Carriers

We partner with reliable Australian courier and postal services to deliver your order. A tracking number will be provided via email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all addresses within Australia. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. Any applicable charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

6. Delays & Lost Parcels

Yakka Goods is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or other events outside our control. If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at contact@yakkagoods.com.au and we will work with the carrier to resolve the matter promptly.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. Yakka Goods is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at contact@yakkagoods.com.au and we will do our best to update the details before dispatch.
